Message from Our Lady Queen of Peace to Edson Glauber

It was Saturday. Before we had started the recitation of the rosary the Virgin unexpectedly spoke to my mother, when she was alone in her room. My mother immediately called me and asked me to convey to the people the message that the Virgin had communicated to her:

Beloved little children, surrender all your problems to God. I say to everyone: trust only in God, in God my children, and everything will be solved. Do not lose faith. I am asking you to have great faith. That's all for now. I bless you: in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen. Amen. Amen!

During the following days we were attacked a lot by the enemy who wanted to destroy us and deceive us by imitating the Virgin as if it was her. But we knew it wasn't her. He was using all his efforts to destroy my family, wanting to demoralize us so that we would pass for liars so that no one would believe in the apparitions of the Virgin.

My mother often spent sleepless nights because the devil would not let her sleep. This distressed me greatly. I could easily get out of his snares, but my mother was very tired and discouraged because he would not leave her alone for a single minute. The demon kept speaking false, ugly, insulting words against her all the time and mocked her all the time saying that he was going to destroy her, threatening her. It was one of the biggest attacks we have ever suffered. I don't know if there will be others, but they were days of great trials.

During these days of trials I did not see the Virgin and this increased my pain more, because I had no answers. But I always remembered her words and the yes that we had given to God and I thought: may everything be done according to your will and not ours. This God and the Virgin allowed us to go through to teach us and to understand more and more our gift and the grace we have received and to strive more and more for the salvation of souls.

I knew that everything that was happening was for God's work to be accomplished as he wanted it and I offered everything to God and comforted my mother by telling her to trust and offer everything to him as well. I remember that my mother was almost to the point of not wanting to see or hear anything anymore, but I encouraged her not to give up and not to give the devil a truce. Only God and the Virgin can understand what we went through. Despite all this she was sure that Jesus and Our Lady never abandoned us.

The devil wanted us to think otherwise and if he was attacking us in this way and acting with all his strength it was a sign that this work of the Virgin, with her apparitions to us, will bring his defeat here in the Amazon and will give greater glory to God Our Lord. These trials lasted from the 3rd until the 17th of February 1996.
